Forms & safety publications
Our 34 forms and guides were redesigned for publication in November 2026. Safety guidance was revised using the primary sources linked in each PDF. The float plan is a KVEC planning form informed by U.S. Coast Guard guidance.
These publications use our custom vector wordmark, Public Sans and Barlow Condensed. Forms can be filled on a device or printed. Membership application instructions explain how to return the application.
