Active incidents
Use established dispatch and interagency coordination channels for an active incident. This website and the general email inbox are not emergency activation systems.
Members of the public who need immediate help should call 911. Follow the directions of the dispatcher and the agency responsible for the incident.
Administrative coordination
Email us about advance planning, our operational role, or a non-urgent interagency discussion. Include your agency, a return contact, and the purpose of the inquiry.
Confirm the coordination process and available resources with us for each request. Personnel, equipment, assignments, and response availability depend on the circumstances.
